A fully managed service – you will receive regular visits from our care management team to ensure that your live-in care package is suiting your needs.
We do not employ our carers; we are responsible for ensuring that each carer has in date training and an in-date disclosure and baring service (DBS) and 2x references from previous placements.
We provide our carers with 24/7 support and we are obligated to ensure that any pre-booked time that the carers may have off is covered by another suitable carer.
